under Article 8 of the Agreements Between the State of Vermont and the
Vermont State Employees' Association. The committee is comprised of members
from the Vermont State Employees Association and the State of Vermont.
Its mission is to monitor existing child and elder care programs,
recommend expenditure of funds committed to it under Article 8, and investigate
other options for providing child care and elder care services to all
State employees.

help line offering enhanced services to all State employees free of
charge.
