Exempt Pay Plans
Defined Pay Plans have been approved in Vermont Statute for certain categories of Exempt Employees. Each of these Pay Plans includes established entry and maximum pay rates for these Exempt job categories as well as specific guidelines for administration of the plans. These plans are maintained and updated by the Compensation Unit.
