| The Summit - Center for State Employee Development is a training and meeting site for State Government organizations. Centrally located, off Route 89 Exit 10 at the Waterbury State Complex, the center has 4 rooms available that can accommodate 2-70 people. We provide high quality and convenient training facilities at low cost.

Room Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Call 802 241-1114 or e-mail: carole.bourneuf@state.vt.us to reserve a room or to discuss your training facility needs. A room fee ($30-$60) is charged to cover facility improvements and equipment maintenance. Room set up and straighten up is the responsibility of the organization renting the room.
Half day rates may apply. Ask for details.
Rates for Non-State Government organizations may differ. Please ask for details.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a room reservation. We will charge your department if no cancellation notice was given.
Directions
From 89 take exit 10, head toward Waterbury. Take left on to Route 2, at 2nd set of lights turn right on to Park Row. After the stop sign, go straight. Osgood is the first building on the left with parking on the right. We are on the ground floor.
