Consulting Information
The Workforce Development team provides consulting services on a broad range of topics which include, but are not limited to:
  • Strategic planning
  • Workforce planning
  • Leadership and management mentoring/coaching

  • HR issues (e.g. preventing sexual harassment, performance management, etc.)
This self-service intake form (linked below) is designed to help you get your request in to the consulting team of the Workforce Development and Wellness Division quickly and efficiently. Please use it to request consulting services and training for your state organization. You may complete the form on-line and submit to carole.bourneuf@state.vt.us, or you may contact our staff at The Summit: Center for State Employee Development directly at 241-1114.

Breastfeeding Accommodations
Any woman who is attending a class or a meeting at The Summit: Center for State Employee Development will be provided access to a private room for the purpose of expressing breast milk. Women in need of this accommodation should contact the Center at 241-1114 in advance to make arrangements.
