Any legal holiday which falls on a Saturday shall be observed on the preceding Friday. Any legal holiday which falls on a Sunday shall be observed on the following Monday.

	Employee Wellness Program State Employee Wellness Program goes on-line with annual Activity Program. On-line Registration for the 2008 Activity Program "Get Moving Vermont State Employees: Destination Health!" runs April 16-April 30th. Program Kickoff scheduled for May 13th. Program runs May 13-July 8, 2008.
